More rain???

A little rain doesn't get us down...okay a LOT  of rain. The boys still went fishing
and there was some cuddle time with Grandma
Aunt Debbie cooked hot dogs on the stove
and then we got silly!!!!
A little bit of rain won't keep us down....it might possibly drive us crazy though!!

Birds and ice cream

Remember those birds? Well they decided our camp looked pretty interesting

Sisters...best of friends and worst of enemies but these are the moments my heart captures forever
And so the rain began again so the boat trip was off and so we went for a trip into town

for the best ice cream EVER!!!

Enjoying the mountains

Goooooood morning mountain sunshine....enjoy girlfriend because it's not going to last long.
The plan our first day was to take the boat out and spend the day on the lake but we were having so much fun just hanging out and kicking balls around that we decided we could do the lake any day right? So we just enjoyed each other's company.

Lunch time with 8 little girls was interesting but so much fun to have all these little one's become friends
We enjoyed Brooklyn finally letting Jeff near her :) and the wild life that seemed to have run of the camp
The boys found Deb her very own Coke
Grandma showed up and did what Grandma's do best...play!!
Dinner for 14 adults and 8 kids took some planning
wait.....are we cooking in the rain????? Rain....was that in the forecast????

Get away with the Naylor's

Our next stop and get away for the next 4 days was Heber Utah. It was beautiful and cool and green and had running water. Just what the Gould's needed after a very stressful few months.

Throwing rocks into the rushing water...priceless. Keeping them from falling in....stressful
Lots of food, campfires and family were on our agenda. Bring on the fun!!!

Let the vacation to Utah begin!

We took one BIG family vacation this summer, instead of our many trips to the beach we drove ourselves to Utah to spend time with some of our favorite people. Let the 2 day trip there begin with a little music....
and a few naps.....

the first thing you do when you get to Aunt Debbie's house is take your shoes off and enjoy the soft, cool, non pokey grass!!!
and enjoy holding a bug that isn't trying to kill you

next best thing...meeting new cousins and enjoying the theater
This place makes us happy!!!!

Last few days of summer

This summer was the best summer that we've ever had...there were no babies being born, no moving or job changes, there was just summer fun. The last few days we got some hair cuts, did some big girl shopping, swam and had a camp out. Summer of 2014 will go down in my books as one of the most beautiful summers ever.

We were blessed to have Faith spend most of the summer days with us and a lot of summer nights with us. She is our 5th daughter and has been such a blessing in our life. She always makes me smile because our Gould energy wears her out!!!
