Gilbert temple

On Feb 15th we were able to attend the open house of the Gilbert AZ with the girls and my mom and my sister. It was the last day before the dedication and it was extremely busy but it was well worth it.

As I was reflecting on the day I laughed at Charlotte being freaked out the second the footies touched her shoe, I smiled at Haleigh being so excited to go to the "holy temple", I rolled my eyes at how Zhara felt the need to touch everything and I was humbled at the thought that my little family stood together in the Celestial room and it helped me remember that through all the tantrums (both young and old) and the 1000 "mama's" a day that there is no greater blessing than to have them for all eternity.

Valentines Day

Valentines day is always a big deal in our house with so many ladies. The morning started out with flowers, doughnuts and a Valentine's shirt. After swim the girls came home to a scavenger hunt that led them to all kinds of goodies
the best part is the yummy steak and shrimp dinner Dad cooks for us every Vday!!
Earlier in the day the playgroup had a party and the girls enjoyed some lunch
and they got to ice their own cookies
which Charlotte really enjoyed!!

Presidents day

Presidents day brought Grandma down and a day off from school. What better way to celebrate then a day at the zoo and a meal at Chick Fil A!!

2014 starts off right!

It's hard to go wrong when you start the year off with your best buds playing the WII in your jammies. Charlotte was still smitten by Evan...just as she was the year before!
Brett and Leslie were angels and took our four girls plus their 3 ALL NIGHT LONG and let David take me to Riverwalk in San Antonio. It was freezing but we still had an amazing time walking around, holding hands and eating our meals alone! We treated ourselves to Ruth Chris's Steak House as a celebration that we survived our first Ebay season. We were going to do a carriage ride but it was 25 bucks a person so we opted for a picture instead.
We saw the Alamo....from across the street
We enjoyed putting things into perspective.....

the kids had fun with a little dress up....
This trip began the new tradition of Haleigh sleeping Friday nights with Zhara. It was an incredible start to a new year. Heres to seeing what 2014 brings the Goulds!
