Fall break

While Zhara was in Disneyland and David was in meetings the girls and I went to the LA aquarium, we went swimming in freezing cold water and enjoyed some time at Aunt Patti's.

Before we picked up Zhara we took a family trip to Knottsberry Farm and we liked it so much we bought annual passes for next year!!

Zhara goes to Disneyland

My parents decided that when the girls turn 10 that they will take each granddaughter, by themselves, to Disneyland. So Zhara got to spend 4 days alone with Grandma and Grandpa and a couple of days in the land of magic. I think it's safe to say she had a great time!

David actually had a meeting in CA that same weekend that they were in Disneyland....so she didn't quite have it all to herself :)

Zoo Walk for Autism

Every year in October the girls and I do the Walk for Autism at the Phoenix Zoo. It's for a good cause and it's always fun to have a free day at the zoo!

Saying goodbye to Dad

David was offered a position to be a District Manager once again for Farmers. And although we said we would never take that job again the Lord thought different. Through much fasting and prayer David headed to Phoenix to start his job Oct 1, 2014 while the girls and I stayed back in Tucson until the house sold or the end of the year. We had a fun dinner and time at Build A Bear, making bears to hug when we missed dad.
