The pool at our hotel was nicely heated so on Day one we went swimming but I forgot to add this picture to the last post.
Zhara learned how to flip in the water.
Day two of our trip did not start out so well. At about 2 am
Zhara woke up with a very high fever & a sore throat. After some medicine she slept and felt a little better in the morning. We were supposed to head to the beach in the a.m. but it was cloudy & misty so we went to Downtown Disney.

Rainforest Cafe is always a fun place to eat....just a little pricey so we walked around the gift shop

Zhara wasn't feeling well & had to be carried to the car after we walked around for an hour. David took Alyssa out while
Zhara took a nap. She requested a blessing from David when he got back & she started to feel much better. The afternoon warmed up so we met our friends the Roberts & headed to Seal Beach, where 8 dollar parking is now costing me 40 because apparently my ticket blew off our dashboard & CA doesn't care that I have proof I paid for it.
We saw a live octopus that had washed up on shore
And then we saw a Seagull peck it to death....circle of life I suppose

After time at the beach we headed to dinner. The hostess gave the kids flashing glasses. They thought they were awesome but if I watched them to long I think I might have had
seizure
The kids enjoyed the food being cooked in front of us. I thought the onion volcano was fun
