Haleigh is a crack up!!!

Haleigh is the funnest kid. She is full of life and laughter. She brings so much laughter into my life and these pictures are just a few of the many moments that she is cracking us up.

 I came into her room one night and she had taken her diaper off and pulled some clothes off of the table next to her and decided to wear them...only to pee all over the bed

 Before this picture was taken she threw a HUGE tantrum because I couldn't understand what she wanted...only to discover she wanted both of the swim caps on her head

 One day I was changing her for the day and she said "I go to time out!" and so she went...buck naked

 This picture comes as we were sitting at the table with a friend chatting and she says "mom I a duck!!" Love this girl

Rodeo Break

Every year Grandparents day is the week of Rodeo break. My mom and dad came down which worked out really well because I ended up getting sick...so sick I couldn't get out of bed for most of the day with the dizzy high fever Alyssa had had the week before. So Grandpa stayed home with me and the little girls while Grandma went to school and spent time with the girls.

   

Each year the girls get Thursday and Friday off of the last week of Feb for the Rodeo and this year we headed to California with Grandma and Grandpa. They brought their RV and camped right next to the beach.

Charlotte had her first experience with the sand and she loved it!

And then it was off to Lego Land. Grandma and Grandpa had never been and we enjoyed 2 days of riding rides and having a great time but by the 2nd day we were worn out.

Haleigh was finally tall enough to ride some rides and she LOVED it!!

Sunday was Grandma's birthday but we were all going to be driving home so we celebrated on Saturday night with a dinner at TGI Fridays....we were all exhausted but enjoyed our family trip together.

Haleigh turns 2!

2 years ago Haleigh Pearl entered into our lives. We had waited so many years for her to join our family and from the day she arrived she has brought nothing but joy

 She loved us singing happy birthday to her

 Poor Charlotte didn't get any yummy cake...just baby cereal

 Haleigh loved all the presents. A few weeks after her birthday she saw the bag that Aunt Aimee had given her the present in and she looked in it and said "where my present?"

 Charlotte enjoyed the gifts too

 And what's a celebration without some diaper time....

Happy birthday our sweet sweet Haleigh. You bring such joy into our lives. Your spirit speaks to people's souls and you are truly a gift from heaven.

Snow in Tucson AZ!!!!

February 21 is a day that will go down in history....it snowed! We have had flakes before and even a small dusting but these were huge flakes coming down and the covered the ground and it continued all through out the day

 The girls came home from school and even though it was wet and cold I couldn't resist letting them play in the snow flakes. It was a great time...wish we would have made a small snowman!
