The first weekend in November there was a Mormon Heritage Festival in Tucson. I took the older girls while the little ones napped. It was so fun to read about Mormon's in Tucson and to see all things that went for the Mormon Battalion.
The joined the Army And had a horse race
They panned for gold and got a certificate when they got 3 pieces (they were a little disappointed when they found it it wasn't real gold)
They made dolls out of fabric & learned how to comb cotton.
