We got to start of the new year with our Gould New Year's Eve party with friends & family. The girls made a "fire" and they got sheets for every chair & even made name tags for all of us to have a chair
Then David had them dig a real fire pit
We played lots of games & ate a ton of amazing food
We rang in the new year while making
smores with home made roasters out of hangers...once a hillbilly always a hillbilly
Zhara tried out her new Easy Bake oven a few days later...the food actually wasn't half bad
A few weeks later David came home with wood for a "secret" project. It was so funny to watch the girls help him hammer & measure & all the time guessing at what it could be
It ended up being a fort that David covered with old palm tree leaves so the girls pretended that they had been shipwrecked
